In a world where public discourse generally degrades to shouting matches between intransigent parties, speaking freely and honestly can often become one's own undoing. Even this blogging medium is not invulnerable to the ever-polarizing and industry-influenced "free media," which once was held high as the 4th branch of our government.
And so now I, a private citizen, will begin adding my own thoughts to this cluttered but oh so dynamic library of voices that now echo throughout our information superhighway. I've no doubt that the topics and views expressed will generate both mirth and anger - for that is what they are intended to do.
